Footprints is a Young Enterprise company. Our aim is to educate young children on the dangers of climate change. We have produced a story book aimed at young children about a frog called Flanagan.
Flanagan uses different methods of transport to visit his friend Frankie. However each method of transport he uses make his feet grow bigger. We believe the story will be useful for teachers and parents in educating young people about concerns over climate change and the effect their actions have on their carbon footprint.
The website includes a range of resources you might find useful. For parents there are pictures of Flanagan for your child, which you can print and allow them to colour in. For teachers there are PowerPoint presentation and video clips that you may wish to use in an assembly or lesson. More resources will be added over time so you may want to bookmark our website.
The book will be available in local supermarkets soon. However, for added convenience you can order the book by printing an order form from this website and sending it to us with a cheque made payable to ‘Footprints’.
